I have some audio narration in .wav format in an old .fla file, but no external
copy of the actual .wav files. Is it possible to extract the audio in its
original state without doing an export?

If 'Export Movie' (to .wav format) is the only way, will that downgrade the
quality of the original file/s?

Thanks,
Geoff

Export as WAV is the only way. It shouldn't affect the quality.
