Any Ideas

I've just installed CS3 Web standard on 19 PC's ( Win XP SP2 2 GB RAM) but for
some reason Flash won't launch on some of these computers. When you try and
launch Flash you get as far initializing fonts and then closes down.

It's quiet strange Flash works on some of the 19 Computers which I must add
are all identical and have the same software installed on them.
Has anyone else had any issues with Flash?

Well, it can get worse: my downloaded version will not install (Vista, run
program as an administrator, even ruuning in compatibility mode). No matter
what I do, after clicking setup.exe, there is a dead silence. No new process is
launched.

I am having the same problem! I spent the last 2 days trying to fix it. It won't uninstall either. I can't run it and I can't get rid of it!

Hi Folks;

I've just ruin into the same problem - When I launch Flash (8.0), from
desktop, quicklaunch OR program files, it pauses, (as IF it were going
to launch,) then nothing.
I've removed and reinstalled Flash, but to no avail.

Even if I try to launch it by opening a Flash file, it says "Can't
find /.../ XXXX.fla". But I am clicking ON that file in Windows
Explorer.

Have you folks stumbled across anything for this??

Hi Folks;

I've been running Flash 8.0 in Vista for about a year now.
Last week, it stopped working out of the blue.

I launch it, the mouse pointer turns (briefly) to the 'wait' symbol,
then returns to a pointer...
no process is launched
no error message...
no nothing!!

I tried "Repair" - no help.
I reinstalled... nothing.
I REMOVED it completely and reinstalled - still nothing.

I NEED this program to work. Any help out there???
