I saw an example once that I think was done by PhatCow(Chris Georgenes). I
think his example was a frame by frame animation. I don't see it on his
site anywhere now, but then he's in the middle of an update.
Shouldn't be too incredably hard to do a frame by frame animation though.

This isn't the best example, but I should get some extra points for making
this on my laptop with my laptops poor touchpad mouse. Not great, but
should give you an idea.

The page curling or page turning effect can be made by freeware like Codebox and Flipsnack. Also the free version of Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro(http://www.kvisoft.com/flipbook-maker-pro/ ) can be used during first month for creating page curling publications without watermark.
