Hello,

Has someone experienced something like this?

I'm testing out the FlashLite 1.1 capabilities, and made a small movie
that connects to a web script and processes the received variables.

My test movie works in the emulator,

However, when put on the handheld, namely, Nokia E65, upon trying to
connect to the Internet, I get the following error: "Internet: Unable
to connect to network. Try again later."

I am quite sure this is not my phone's fault, nor networ accessibility
problem. I can browse web with both WiFi and GPRS connection without
no problem. However, when the loadVariables() action is called in
FlashLite movie, I get asked the method of connection, but when
selected, after some thinking, that error message pops up.

I have no idea where to start looking for answer. I wish I could find
some working FlashLite sample movie that successfully connects to the
web and uses retrieved variables. Then I could install it on my
handheld and at least see whether it works or not. Then I could
detect, whether the problem is in my code (which I am very certain is
not the case), or some other cause. I googled for that error message,
but could not find anything. I guess this is somewhat connected with
FlashLite, perhaps it establishes the connection but then immediately
drops it.

I'd be very happy to have any leads to solve this problem. Developing
in FlashLite 1.1 was a nice retro-touch for me, because I did some
Flash4 actionscript almost 10 years ago. But, what can I do, Nokia E65
comes with 1.1 version, not 2.0, and I know no legal way to put 2.0
FlashLite player (or even 3.0) on the phone, as a default player.
