amfphp on Vista Premium

Hallo friends,
I am trying to built a web site for one custome using Flash 8 RIA application.
Well the problem is this: I downloaded the amfphp files from www.amfphp.org
and followed the instructions.
Unfortunately when i type in URL : "//localhost/amfphp/browser" i get an the
following error message

PHP works real fine on other applications, so the problem is not on PHP.
For three days now i am trying to find a solution and i have read many posts
on forums and some tutorials, from which i got the conclusion that amfphp works
fine on Windows XP. Unfortunatley my laptop has Vista Premium, so i am aksing
for your help and if someone knows the way to fix the problem, i do please him
to help me.
