My intention is not to sell these extensions, but to sell the entire
account, with full rights for use, acces, download etc. That's why we are not
talking about a third party, because the second party, represented by me, sells
its rights to a temporary third party, which, after the transaction commits,
becomes the second party, with its full rights and obligations.
To be more specific, the products available are:
- MX Shop - workstation license;
- MX Kart and ImpAKT;
- MX Includes - workstation license;
- KTML Professional - 1 Domain;
- KTML Lite - Royalty Free;
- MX Kollection.

issue, because the offer you are making on this forum is not compliant with the
licensing of the products you received.
First of all, the products were given to you as a result of a contest. You are
not allowed to sell them for profit, or get any type of financial benefit by
renouncing your rights. This regards only the products. To sell your entire
account is out of the question, as you cannot use your InterAKT account
information in that manner, according to the agreement implied when creating an
account on our site.
Secondly, you competed and won these extensions back in 2004. Since then we
have released a new version of our products, which is a commercial upgrade. Any
party that would agree to pay you a sum of money for these products would be
getting an old version of products that have been greatly improved, paying you
for software that is out of date and obsolete. We wanted to make any user that
might consider your offer aware of this issue that you failed to mention in
your initial post.
Thank you for understanding our position and hope that you will reconsider
yours. Please understand that you can only relinquish your rights by donating
these products and not getting a financial gain out of the software that we
have granted you for free and in good will, as a prize for your achievements.
