I have installed two extensions, MX18665 Floating Frames and MX58548 I-Frames.
Now, every time I start Dreamweaver, I get an error message:

The specification for a third-party tag is missing some attributes. Please
check your third-party tag files to make sure you've included all required
attributes, then restart Dreamweaver.

Each extension consists of a small MXP file, 4k and 6k respectively. The
Extension manager has no settings for attributes.

The extensions are currently located in the "Extensions" folder under "Program
Files\Macromedia". I have de-installed and re-installed the extensions several
times and I cannot figure out what is wrong. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Which OS are you using DW on? And which DW are you using?

When you uninstall one or both of these extensions, do the errors go away?

If they don't then the issue is those extensions, try contacting the developers/ Perhaps they were made prior to the version of DW that you're using.

The files that would need modifying would be in:
configuration/ThirdPartyTags/

problem keeps coming up over the years

when starting dreamweaver mx or 8:

popup;

"The specification for a third-party tag is missing some attributes", dreamweaver 8

mx58548 i-frames.mxp is the culprit

uncheck "Iframe Inspector" in Extension Manager

third-party tag is missing attributes; solved

Kind regards
