Extension cannot be installed with DW

Hello,

I installed DW CS4 on XP Pro.
fine

Extension Manager updated to 2.1
fine

tried to install Adobe_AIR_CS4.mxp on to DW.
Result:

Path: xyz is used by DW. Pls close DW.

I closed DW and even restarted the PC. Same result.

What can I do?
