Named anchors outside frameset and Netscape

Hi,

Having problems creating a link to a named anchor outside the link's
frameset, works perfectly well in IE but fails in Netscape.

This is what happens...

When you hit the link in NS the link opens fine and in the correct frameset
but jumps to the bottom of the target page ignoring the named anchor
altogether.

Should I stop being a stubborn frameset junkie and conform to views of the
'that's just the way it is' gang?
