Hei!
I have a problem with Dreamweaver's FTP program. When I try transfer files
to a Windows server I get an error message on some folders and files,
and the error message goes like this:

"RNFR www/sider/myfolder/my_files.htm.
550/c:/webspace/pineapple/metado/metadon.no/www/sider/my_folder/my_files.htm
:
No such file or directory."

This does not happens to all the files and folders, and I can make the
folders manually and transfer the files to that folder, but when I use the
"Put" or "Synchronize" comand I recive this error message and the files want
uppload to the server!

I think it's some kind of configuration problem on the server, but my ISP
support team has given up(!) so I really hope someone here have some idea to
a solution to this problem that I can presents for them!

Regards
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Same happens to me, but I think it's some problem in DW itself. It happens
usually with subfolders. After squeezing my brains I decided to first make
all directories and subdirectories using another FTP application and then
doing the transfers to DW.

Hope it helps,

Cheers,

Darma
