Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks help please

Hello I am trying to put up a site, I am currently using Macromedias
Flash, Dreamweaver,
and Fireworks.
Being new to web design Im having trouble in "piecing together" one of
my pages.
In this page I exported my graphics from Fireworks to Dreamweaver via an
html file,
which loads fine into Dreamweaver, but in Dreamweaver when I assign a
button to
play a flash movie upon rolling over it, when I view it in a browser it
plays the flash
movie as soon as the page loads, and it plays it on top of the page,
instead of
switching between the graphics on the page and the flash movie when I
rollover the
selected button.
