postnettext and firewalls

Hi

Mad an app that speaks to an asp page, asp to database and back to the app.
The app works over all conections , however , 2 of my clients(who are banks)
don't get any info through their firewall.

I am in over my head on that side of things.

Does postnettext work through firewalls or is there anything i can change ?
