The short story is that I created a slide show with transitions and audio that I need to convert to video(about 15 minutes long Using Director 8.0).
Of course, sound syncing has become an issue.
Since the transitions are in there, I was hoping not to have to lose them by using the export command to quicktime. them bring into Premier or something else to reput them in.

This whole thing has a bunch of sound clips in it.

The client has asked for a dvd version of the projector file (as well as a cdr version), to play in consumer dvd players.

Any thoughts about how to proceed.

Clearly Director was not the way to go, but I feel stuck with what has been done.

Any decent video capture software?

Thanks, Jim

Your best bet is to use either a screen capture utility, like Camtasia, or
(better) use the video out from your video card and hook it up to a DV, VCR
or Beta machine.

Aunsoft iMedia Converter for Mac would help to rip and convert DVD/Blu-ray/videos to QuickTime mov for playback with high quality.
