Director 8 documentation

Hi,

I'm attempting to download the windows, Using Director 8 pdf documentation
from the Macromedia site, but find that the zip file it download, is
corrupt.
Does anyone know of any other location where i can obtain the documentation?
I'm only using a trial director version, hence no manual.
Or if anyone can email me a zipped copy I would be most grateful.

I am not aware of any other locations for these files. They are actually
relatively new to the Director Support Center. Perhaps another user can email
or ftp the files to you.

The Director manuals are all included within the Director application itself.
So, even if you are using the Trial version, you can read all the manuals by
accessing them through the Help menu. If you select Help>Director Help, then
you can choose the Contents tab and read every chapter of the user's manual.
The same is true for the Lingo Dictionary.
