I have a user at a remote location, connecting via a VPN router. For some
reason at some point during her usage of Contribute, she is no longer able to
browse or navigate the site. Even if she tries to Choose a file, or manually
type in a web page URL into the address bar. The little "C" icon in the
top-right is spinning but it's not responding. If the user pulls up IE the
site comes up fine. When she closes and re-opens Contribute it usually fixes
it and works for a while. At last communication, it wasn't working at all even
after a restart. I personally noticed this issue on my computer when I was at
her location. I have other users connected the same way at different
locations, but so far no reports from them. Any ideas at all?
