WEBDAV connection lost

I administer a website using WEBDAV. My PC died and I had to load Contribute
on another PC. I cannot get it to connect to the website again so I can review
and publish. My question: Is it possible to delete the user group from the
server and then set up a new connection with WEBDAV? All of my users'
connections are working fine. If I set up the new user and connection, will I
be able to just send them the new connection as I did before so they can
connect using the new connection string or will they be locked up because of
the old connection string?
