I have a user who is getting a new computer next week and I was wondering if
there was an easy want to backup her website connections and restore onto the
new PC. Or some other method. She has a bunch.

Create connection keys for each site with the proper role.
The administration is stiil availbale cause it's saved on the server in _mm, _notes and _baks folders.
