sftp connection fails

I am testing Contribute using sftp to connect to website sftp server to upload
files.

The connection fails, message is "Contribute could not connect because the
server is down....", which is not the case.

I am using SSH Shell from www.ssh.com. I want to know how Contribute works
as a client to connect to ssh server, before we test your product out. For
our sftp working, we are using sftp client to connect. Can Contribute get
over this to function as a client?

Any timely help is greatly appreciated! Can tech support jumps on board to
help? When it is in trial, one does not have serial#, when one has no serial#
with problems using the product, how can one go on to buy it?
