Weird Error. Anyone every see this error in Verity

Has anyone ever seen this error in {CFROOT}\verity\Data\services
\ColdFusionK2_server1\diag\diag.log

AssignDocIdTimeNow failed from Server_SearchCollection

We are having major issues with Verity and I am investingating all
angles as to why Verity is corrupting the indexes and not indexing our
files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
