CF 9.0.2 JRun Master Req limits = -1 ???

Hello,
I have a Windows 2008 server running CF9.0.2 on djk1.6.0_45. In request tuning Max # running JRun threads & Max # queued JRun threads both equal -1. Even when I try to change them it reverts back to -1. Can anyone tell me what this means and why it doesnot show me another number that I enter? I cannot change request limits unless I specify a number for these two fields but it still reverts back to -1. My request settings are
Max # simultaneous template requests = 90
Maximum number of simultaneous Flash Remoting requests = 20
Maximum number of simultaneous Web Service requests = 10
Maximum number of simultaneous CFC function requests = 500
