because you changed the base folder, the cfide folder needs to be where the
default website is set to in iis. if your using the default website in iis,
simply change the folder location of it and it should bring up the coldfusion
admin page once accessed.

With Windows Server 2008, you have to make sure to add the "IIS 6 Management
Compatiblity" components (except the IIS 6 Management Console) when you add the
IIS role. Without them, the CF installer does not properly add the required
Handler Mappings for ColdFusion extensions (.cfm, etc....).
