Scheduled Task 400 Bad Request

I have a 6.1 server (I don't have a choice in this matter). Anyway, I
have several scheduled tasks that all return 400 Bad Request when run
through the scheduler; however, I can run the page in a browser and it
works.

Scheduled Tasks?
