CFDocument shows red-x

I manage a server running Coldfusion ver 9.0 One of my clients have 2 sites hosted on it, one is dev and the other production. They have code that use the tag cfdocument format="PDF". The code works on the dev site but on the production site it wouldn't render the chart, all that shows up is a red-x symbol

Both the sites are configured identical.

Any help will be appreciated in helping me figure out whats wrong.
