Korean fonts not appearing (tougher then it sounds)

So a while back I had an issue displaying international characters in
CF. I then learned of the wonderful tag cfprocessingdirective...
works wonders. I did sites in Polish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and
some others (Italian, Spanish and the like). The tag worked
wonderfully. I was starting the Korean section (my final section) and
the cfprocessingdirective refuses to work! UTF-8 gives me boxes, euc-
kr, ks_c_5601-1987 and about a million other variations gives me the
following error.

Error Occurred While Processing Request
sun.io.ByteToCharEUC_KR.getIndex1()[S

If you would like I can give you the stack trace.
I am really running out of hope.... I have been trying this and I
think my brain is about to explode.... PLEASE HELP!

Figured it out. Still not sure why it didnt work, but it works now.
Initially I was using visual studio as the pages would not show up
right in DreamWeaver, I then went to Edit > Preferences > Font and
changed it to Korean and after I added the <cfprocessingdirective
pageencoding = "utf-8" />, all worked well.
