Job Description:

Clients is looking for Senior Business Analysts. The projects include
upgrades to GBS' portals, health assessment updates, coaching
programs, data connectivity, Clients Website updates and integration,
Knowledge Management, and client-management reporting.
The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and
prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting).
Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements
sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.

Highly Required/Desired Skills:-

*4 Years of experience in BS in business or computer science field is
Required
*3 Years of experience in Complete understanding of SDLC is Required
*5 Years of experience in Excellent verbal and written communication
skills is Required
*5 Years of experience in Strong problem solving and negotiation
skills is Required
*3 Years of experience in Experience with web application development
is Required
*5 Years of experience in Strong analytical skills and business acumen
is Desired
*5 Years of experience in direct Business Analyst experience in the
healthcare industry is Required
*3 Years of experience in Experience with Agile development
methodologies is Desired
*5 Years of experience in Experience writing functional specs, use
cases/user stories, and DFDs is Required
*5 Years of experience in Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio is
Required
*3 Years of experience in Experience with Business Intelligence and
reporting applications is Required
