Why am I getting the "LMS failed to Initialize" on some computers and not on
others. I am running IE-7 on XP. Is it IE-7?

I found the problem, it is IE-7. I removed it and the LMS initialized
perfectly.

There is a problem with IE7 and ReadURL which is likely what is the
issue. Check the archives for this group to see a suggested short term
workaround involving an <iframe>
