Perfecting Community Care Center hosts Healthy Homes: Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Day – Foreclosure Prevention. This event brings together trusted community partners to help residents access critical housing, health, and financial stability resources.

We encourage you to share this opportunity with seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families who may benefit from foreclosure prevention and housing stability resources.
