Hello MI Bridges Community Partners,

On Saturday, June 24, 2023, MI Bridges will undergo a user experience enhancement with updates for login and the account registration process.  Thank you to all those that were able to take part in the webinar on Thursday, June 15th outlining these enhancements.  I have attached the presentation from the webinar. You can also find the recording of the webinar here. For those that were unable to attend the webinar, please see the changes below, review the attached presentation, and listen to the recording of the webinar.

Current Login Experience:  MI Bridges users currently see these screens (see example below) when logging into their MI Bridges account or when they need to create an account.

MI Bridges Current Login

New Login Experience: Beginning June 24,2023, once a resident clicks on Login on the MI Bridges portal, they will see the MiLogin One-stop login solution screen (see example below). They will continue with the login process using their current MI Bridges username and password. If they are creating a new MI Bridges account, they will now be required to enter an email address. Once they login on this screen, they will then be taken to their MI Bridges dashboard.  MI Bridges currently uses MiLogin in the login process but it is "behind the scenes". This enhancement will allow residents the one-stop login experience in reaching other Michigan government services (renew your driver's license, file for unemployment, etc.).

Access MI Bridges from MILogin:  MI Bridges users visiting the MiLogin portal can now access MI Bridges from their MiLogin "Home" page. See sample below.
