High Diploma / GED Work Arounds

I am working with a 52 year old gentleman who recently lost his turret truck -inventory job due to the warehouse he worked at closing permanently.

He lacks a high school diploma and or GED. He has made past attempts with the goal of acquiring his diploma with Math, Pre-algebra being his Achilles heel.

This has greatly hindered his professional growth through the years and now serves as a tremendous impediment to him finding new employment opportunities.

Is there a way to get him a degree if he is adept at all other academic subjects aside from math?

Might anyone here know of any programs or open employment opportunities that might benefit this gentleman?
