ISO: Reputable Dentists for Disabled Adult

Searching for a reputable Dentists that work w/ Adults and Children with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. This person in particular also has seizure disorders and Ataxic Cerebral Palsy.
Have utilized https://garyburnsteinclinic.org/dental/ but unsure which ones have the most experience.
Any additional information, recommendations or guidance would be appreciated.

Both mentioned they both have special needs patients and encouraged calling for case by case dialog.
