I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share a resource I recently came across that may be helpful to the clients and families we serve.
As many of you know, I work closely with older adults and individuals with chronic conditions through Relevar Home Care and Alivity Care Advocates. One of the ongoing challenges we often face is keeping clients adequately hydrated—especially those with cognitive decline or difficulty drinking enough fluids.
