food bank question

Hello,
I am working with a home bound female, age 60.
She is on medical leave from work and cannot drive, she has femur fracture with hx of falls.
she has no one to provide her with physical assistance.
Question- Is there any local FOOD BANKS that deliver to a person in need home?
Please let me know if you are aware of any-

Has to be a senior or disabled person who does not have transportation to get to a food pantry.
