Request for Household Support for Reunification Case

Good morning Champions,
I’m reaching out on behalf of a foster care case that is nearing reunification and is in need of household support. The mother will be moving into her new residence this upcoming weekend (8/1) and has remained fully compliant with all aspects of her treatment plan. She is low‑income, the primary caregiver to her 10‑year‑old son, and has been actively involved in his education, sports, and overall wellbeing.
To help ensure a safe and stable environment for the reunification, we are seeking assistance with basic household items. Any support your team can provide would be greatly appreciated.
The items needed include:
- Pots and pans
- Plates, cups, and silverware
- Hand towels and bathroom towels
- Shower curtain and bathroom rugs
- Household cleaning supplies
- Laundry baskets
- Additional basic household necessities
If you have any resources available or community partners who may be able to assist, please let me know. Thank you so much for everything you do for our families.
