Direction for an individual

Hello all,
I work with seniors but a resident here shared they have a friend who is homeless and disabled and needs help getting on disability and food stamps. I cannot provide services to them as they're not a resident where I work but I was hoping maybe someone here could give some direction to where to point this person? I would at least like to be able to do that. Thank you always!
