Dear Macomb County Community Stakeholders,
We want to hear from you!
Macomb County Community Mental Health is inviting our community partners and stakeholders to share with us the trends and needs you identify that may be related to a mental health need, through participation in a survey.
The 4-question survey should not take longer than a few minutes to complete and can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlinked word, above, or at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DV3CZLP. It would be greatly appreciated if you can complete this survey by Friday, February 22, 2019.
