The Oakland County Alliance for Housing and the Macomb Homeless Coalition are hosting their Annual Bi-County Landlord Breakfast Event at the Clinton-Macomb Public Library on November 13, 2014.
This event is a wonderful networking opportunity for local rental property owners, business owners and housing agencies alike. The forum provides the opportunity to learn about new and up and coming services, housing programs, and rental availabilities so that we can work together as a community to help people in need of housing obtain homes and to ultimately put an end to homelessness.

PNC has graciously approved to underwrite the cost of the catering for the annual Alliance/Macomb County Landlord event. They have asked for a W9 for the Alliance as well as 501C3 documentation. I'm not sure who would be able to get that for us? I figured between the three of you someone has it :)

The attached letter is from Amy Conniff, one of our staff members, and is on behalf of the Alliance for Housing and the Macomb Homeless Coalition, the Continuums of Care in Oakland and Macomb counties, respectively. The annual Bi-County Landlord Breakfast is taking place on November 13, and they are seeking a lead sponsor to help defray the costs of the event catering. Her request and the amenities they are able to provide are outlined in the letter.
I believe Jason attended this event last year, and can attest to the important connections made through this event and the role they play in preventing and ending homelessness in both counties. Amy or Jessie Korte in our office will be following up with you to answer any questions.
