Sharing this valuable resource. The Michigan Poverty Law Program (MPLP) has developed a form that a SNAP participant can submit to claim a deferral/exemption from the work requirements. The form and instructions for filling it out and submitting it can be found here, under the "Time Limit Deferrals for Special Work Rules" section.
