Hello All,

Our team has connected with an Occupational Therapy graduate student, Alise Guyton, who would like to connect with expectant Black mothers in the Metro Area and offer them 9 virtual sessions focusing on stress reduction. 

 As all sessions are intended to take place in pregnancy, this would mean that someone who is almost due may not be the perfect fit for this offering but early or mid pregnancy to the beginning of the third trimester is great.

Alise would intend to start meeting with individuals next week.
