Program  Suzan Nash, an early Executive Director of the Western Illinois Regional Council-Community Action Agency (WIRC-CAA), will introduce our speaker, Stacy Nimmo, current Executive Officer of WIRC-CAA. Stacy will discuss the programs available through the agency now, her vision of the agency, and her background. Members are encouraged to bring questions about current WIRC-CAA services.
