Files for teams that will compete @ Lakeview

I have added 3 files to the site for teams that compete at Lakeview
High School.

Lakeview is a 50 meter pool, so the conversion times are now easily
available.

The file names are: MI SCM.st, MICHIGAN and time standards 08 scm.

We are actually a short course meter pool - so 25 meters one way. At
our pool, we swim a 400 meter instead of a 500 yard (which I
personally feel is an easier way to make that time cut). I know some
teams have expressed that swimming meters puts their team at a
disadvantage, but it really is not a big jump from short course meters
to yards. It also opens the kids up to a different experience in
swimming. If anyone ever wants to email me a roster or meet entries -
