Wow! I subscribed to Ancestry.com just a few days ago and have
referenced back and forth to Rootsweb.com and to other sites. It
seems to be your impressive family tree that I discovered that is
leading me to a wealth of information and is clicking into my piece of
the puzzle! Thank you so much for all of your hard work!!
I come down from the line of John Huntley and Elizabeth Hawkins.
Their son, John and his wife Charity, were my Great, Great
Grandfather's parents. That GG Grandfather was Daniel S who married
Margret Poet...from them my GG Grandfather Joseph (married Mathilda
Muck), to my Grandmother Cora. Cora married Frederick C. Trosin
Jr.and had two sons, Richard and Earl. I am one of Richard's
daughters.
Of the two sons of John and Charity, Arthur settled in Mussey, MI,
while John Jr. moved along and purchased a parcel of land in Romulus
which is now a part of the Detroit Metropolitan Airport there on
Eureka Rd. It was a Centennial farm before we were forced out in the
70's.
