Hi,

I'm new to this software. I got impressed by videos showing capabilities. Unfortunately I can't run any analysis. I tried in Microsoft Edge and in Chrome browsers. I can create model of a airplane but when I click the 'Upade results' button the 'Just a sec...' message shows up and scree dims. Nothing changes forever.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? Browser settings?

Could you post a copy of your input file? You can get this by going to File >> Export to MU Pro. That'll help us figure out what's going wrong.

Did this ever resolve itself? I know the server seemed to be overloaded for a little while there.
