After much deliberation, it has been decided that requiring authors to
the cyberpunk genre would be much more limiting than the initial
concept of the magazine. So MachineDecode has gone 'open genre' to all
authors whom wish to submit stories. No limitations and if a theme is
set, it does not necessarily need to be followed! This is great news!
