Extension for final project write up

In response to some requests, the deadline for the final writeup is being extended to noon, Wed May 11.  This is a hard deadline though - no further extensions will be allowed.

Just want to make sure the due date is May 11. It is actually Friday.

Someone noted that May 11 is Friday, not Wed. To clarify the deadline
is Friday noon on May 11.
