Hi all,

Does anyone know how to set a node's size in Gephi? How do I satisfy the visualization requirement: "For a node v use max(1, log(p(v)/epsilon)) as its node size." ?

You can do the formula on the code and output the size to the gdf, then use the ranking menu to set the size of the node.
