List of errata

Some readers took the time to report errata that apply to the print version of the book. Many thanks!

I am now maintaining a list of errata in the README: https://github.com/mbeyeler/opencv-machine-learning/blob/master/README.md#errata. Feel free to add to this list via pull requests.

Please note that these mistakes do not apply to the code that appears on GitHub. I am trying to fix bugs and inconsistencies in the code as soon as I am made aware of them. Unfortunately I can't do that with the print version of the book.
