Request of cancellation of submitted form for TCS

With regards, I do hereby affirm that I have filled the TCS form on 1-10-13 having seen the TCS visit dates as 5th and 6th. Then after getting the new information that TCS is visiting on 4th and 5th, I want to cancel my submitted form as I will not be able to attend it on 4th because I am going to delhi on that day for some unavoidable circumstances.
Therefore, after knowing that I may be debarred from next 2 companies, it is my humble request to you please do not consider the form. I truly apologize for the inconvenience occurred.Reply all
