You can use AI to convert a pdf table into an ics file to import into Apple Calendar. Patient portals typically provide a pdf table of appointments. If the table is deficient like missing the location, you can instruct the AI to add that to the events in the ics file. I would have the AI show you a human readable table to confirm the ics file is what you want before you import it.
