Could not mount

Hello,

I love this program. I have got FTP accounts working fine but can't
get ssh working. I have entered valid information but when I come to
mount the drive i get the error message 'Could not mount filesystem:
Mount process has terminated unexpectedly.'

Does anyone know how to fix this?
