Hi to all who are reading this email :)
This is being sent to each and everyone of the people that we currently have in the linguistic team wiki as coordinators for one of the language teams. Some of you will already be aware of the information, some of part of it and other may not be aware at all. This is to try and get everyone on the same page. So, please be patient if you know it all already :D

First and most noteworthy is that we are on the brink of beginning the translation of the new TVP documentary "Paradise or Oblivion"! If you haven't yet heard about this project, please visit the forum link here:

Secondly, we are starting a new collaborative project to build a guide for new ling team coordinators. All input and feedback is greatly appreciated so that we can all help and support each other in this wonderful task we do.

Third, we have a wonderful forum which is being infra-utilzed. It's a wonderful place for us to be able to keep in contact on an international level. Information here stays static unlike Facebook, which is a good medium to use for other work related topics but information gets lost very quickly on a busy account.

Fourth, we have the international team Facebook account for immediate answers and questions to ling team related stuff.
http://www.facebook.com/groups/LinguisticTeamInternational/

Fifth, we have a YouTube channel created where all our finished translations are uploaded. This is as well as the many individual language team channels that we have created. We feel that some of you are not aware of this channel as we are not recieving information as to how your teams are progressing. If we know what material you have completed and proofread, we can also upload it to this channel and you have another window to the world for your work. ;)

Sixth, we also have a skype group created for the ling team coordinators which is working very well. If you are not part of it yet, please ask to be added. If you aren't sure how, add me as VixiVp, and I will add you to the group. Tell me who you are when you send the invite please ;)

Seventh, very soon we will have our very own web site as well, which will be a wonderful way to be able to share our translations with the world.

Last but not least, a reminder that we hold meetings in TeamSpeak to  be able to keep up to date with all the new and wonderful things that are happening in the teams. We have now begun to alternate weeks with general ones and ones for coordinators. These are on saturdays at 19:00UTC. Nexts weeks will be a coordinators one.

So, I hope that helps many of you who we haven't heard from in a while. If you have any doubts or questions at all, please don't hesitate to write back to this mail.
RBE Hugs
